Across the world, leaders are navigating a pivotal shift.

AI is accelerating change in how work gets done, how decisions are made, and how organizations prepare people for what’s next.
But even in this new era, culture, judgment, trust, and leadership remain deeply human.
That is exactly why we created HumAIn.

The Leadership Table is a curated cross-Europe dinner series that brings together a carefully selected group of senior leaders for an intimate evening of meaningful connection, thoughtful discussion, and honest conversation about what it truly means to lead in the Human + AI era.

Join us in Berlin on September 15 for a special after-hours gathering, sponsored by Juno Journey.

We are pleased to host you for a private, high-quality, executive-level experience for leaders who want real conversations with peers facing the same questions, tensions, and opportunities.

The experience & conversation

This evening is designed for a very specific kind of leader, and a very specific kind of conversation. A small, carefully curated group of Senior-level HR, People, L&D, Talent, and business leaders will come together for an intimate 4-hour experience that blends meaningful connection, thoughtful discussion, and shared reflection.

Together, we will explore what it truly means to lead in the Age of Intelligent Work.

This is an evening built for real dialogue with peers who are navigating the same challenges.

Alongside the conversation, guests will enjoy:

  • A welcome drink reception to start the evening
  • A thoughtfully curated 3-course dinner
  • Great wine and a beautiful setting
  • Space for deep, high-quality networking with senior leaders from across Europe

An intimate conversation with Manjuri Sinha and Blake Wittman

Join us for an intimate conversation with Manjuri Sinha, VP HR at Miro, and Blake Wittman, Chief Growth Officer at GoodCall,  as we dig into the questions every HR and business leader is wrestling with, and few have simple answers to.

What does leadership look like when humans and AI work side by side?
How do you protect trust, judgment, and culture while everything accelerates? What does "readiness" even mean when the work itself never stops changing?
And how should leaders rethink capability, decision-making, and accountability in this new reality?

A candid chat over dinner, built for leaders who'd rather sit with hard questions than settle for easy answers.
