### When

#### Tuesday, February 24th 9 AM PST | 11 AM CST | 12 PM EST | 5 PM GMT

### What to expect

We’ve invested heavily in learning.
Yet performance gaps keep growing.

The shift from *learning* to *capability* is one of the most important changes facing organizations today.

Courses get completed. Skills get listed.
But performance doesn’t always follow.

In this interactive panel, hosted in collaboration with **Women Shaping AI** and **Juno Journey,** we’ll explore what it really takes to build capability in a Human + AI world, from multiple, deeply practical perspectives.

Together, we reframe this transition as a leadership and operating-model upgrade, not a learning initiative

**This is not a panel you just listen to.**

Participants are invited to engage, reflect, and contribute, bringing real challenges, questions, and perspectives into the conversation.

### You’ll walk away with:

- A clearer distinction between *learning*, *skills*, and *capability,* and why it matters now
- Practical insight into how Human + AI can support performance **in the flow of work**
- New ways to think about feedback, practice, and judgment at scale
- A leadership-level perspective on what actually needs to change in how organizations operate
- Fresh thinking you can apply immediately to your own teams and systems
