Annual performance reviews weren't designed for a world changing every month

AI is reshaping roles faster than traditional performance cycles can keep up.

By the time many organizations sit down for annual or even quarterly reviews, the work has already changed. Skills have evolved. Priorities have shifted. Employees have grown, pivoted, or taken on entirely different challenges.

The question isn't how to make annual reviews better.

It's how to build a performance culture that keeps pace with constant change.

In this session, Elise Goodreault, Senior Learning & Development Manager at Webflow, will share how organizations can move beyond outdated review cycles toward continuous coaching, meaningful development conversations, and internal mobility that helps people grow as quickly as the business does.

Because in the AI era, performance management isn't about evaluating the past.
It's about preparing people for what's next.

Join us to explore:

  • Why traditional performance reviews are becoming less relevant in fast-changing organizations.
  • How to replace heavy review cycles with lightweight, continuous performance conversations.
  • Practical ways managers can coach instead of simply evaluate.
  • How performance management and internal mobility reinforce one another.
  • What high-performing organizations are doing differently to support employee growth in the AI era.
  • How L&D and HR teams can design systems that build adaptability instead of bureaucracy.

Why attend?

You'll leave with practical ideas to:

✔ Build a more continuous approach to performance management.

✔ Help managers coach more effectively throughout the year.

✔ Design performance systems that support learning—not just evaluation.

✔ Strengthen internal mobility through ongoing development conversations.

✔ Prepare your organization for a future where adaptability matters more than annual ratings.
